SOCIOLOGY
Sociology is the study of the social structures that
make up the society in which we live.
Students work through:- Family Life, Education,
The Welfare State, Social Class, Power and
Politics, Crime and Deviance and the Mass Media.
In addition they also study varying methods of
sociological research.
Sociology is offered as a one year short course or as
a full GCSE two year course.
